maybe not in plate or sheet, but as bar stock, yes there is -- it's a 
patented process that's been around since 1938 --
commonly used in the fireman's Kelly Tool, a forcible entry bar -- and 
if Ken says the stuff makes good sway bars (easily), I'll believe him!
