When I got my van it had 14x6 passenger car rims on it.  The inside lip rubbed the ends of the tie rods.  The wheels had 4" of back spacing.  Michael LeVeque found me a set of 14x6 with 3.5" BS and they worked perfect.  Larger diameters may be able to use more backspacing than 3.5 since the tie rod is now "inside" the rim bead instead of next to it.
