[FC] Still stumped...Rampside still won't start

Book (page 12-11) says for PG - .019 new or .016 used.  No entry under 
stick, but can't think why it would be any different.

The engine turns when the starter is engaged?  If not, did the timing get 
bumped up with too much advance?
