[FC] FC'S Doors/Tailgate Emblem QUESTIONs

Thanks for asking, I was about to. Did the 63 come with both styles? Mine
has "by Chevrolet" on it.
BTW I only have one on my drivers door but just got another off Ebay a
couple of days ago, it was really bothering me that one was missing!
