[FC] Wheel back Space

Wheels for the FC's are 14x5jmod.  These wheels were not used on any 
other  vehicle.   Typical 14" wheels uses on other GM vehicles of the 
time (made by Kelsey-Hayse) were 14x5jj or 14x6jj.  That second j 
instead of the mod (modified) makes a world of difference.
