I think your picture #12 says it all as far as the Bell Systems. There will probably be no way to ever match the color with the fading that has taken place unless there is a corner that is still good somewhere.

It is a Blue color. Nothing like any Bell System colors I am familiar with.
My other hobby is rotary phones so I have seen some old phone co equipment
in thier colors but this is not it! I have a bunch of pictures here if
