[FC] FC carryover parts to '64-66 Chevy vans?

Not necessarily.

While the hubcaps look the same, the Chevy Van introduced in 1964 had 
13-inch, yes 13-inch wheels!  The hubcaps are both smaller and 
shallower than those that fit our 14-inch wheels.

Now, having said this, I know that the 1964 Chevy Vans had the 
13-inch wheels.  Did this continue into '65 and/or '66?  I do not know.
