There are a couple of companies out there that specialize in classics, 
be aware that the big requirement is a garage along with the usual 
limited use caveats.  Haggarty is the one that comes to mind, you might 
try going to the VV archives (http://www.vv.corvair.org/archive.htm) 
and put "classic insurance" or similar in the search box, that question 
has been posed a number of times there.  We have ours insured through 
State Farm at a very reasonable price.
