Bryan:

Here are my comments on your Vair Fair status report.

First it would have been nice if you would have made your note up as a
word.doc and sent it as an attachment (no zinger intended) then we could
have made it a living document and used it for the latest status reports.
 Oh well?

Under needed equipment and supplies, I will send out under separate
cover, a list of what is needed and what has been promised. The members
can then add (no subtractions, please) and resubmit the update list.

You mentioned that the tech session will be held in the Sherwood room. I
assume that is the part of the banquet room, that Ellie mentioned, with
the exit door.

	- Who will go to the hotel to reserve the room?

I will check with the hotel to see about equipment for the tech sessions
(chairs, podium, chart stand, etc. While I am talking to them I will ask
about folding chairs for the hospitality room.

I don't recall a conversation about a refund for rooms booked. No need
to response as I will ask at the next meeting.

Regarding snacks for the hospitality room, Rex Buel volunteered to bring
some stuff (Dolly something or other). I will call him if we don't get
enough through local members.

I will volunteer to return the valve cover track to the owners but don't
have a place to store it until a date can be picked to return.

Regarding, dash plaques, I will also inquire about this from the awards
vendor that I will talk to. It would be nice if I had a nice, color copy
of the logo we are to use in the plaque. If I recall, it was suggested we
have a plaque shaped other than square or rectangular.

I have never been to a meet where the hospitality room was open after the
Saturday night banquet. It is up to Mike but remember I am sleeping next
door and I go to bed early. By the way if you don't already know, Darrin
and I have the rooms next to the hospitality room.

Historically on Sunday morning, at least for a few hours, the hospitality
room is open.

Curt
