I've found that doesn't work well with groups - it's hard to track
multiple changes, and not everyone opens the file. I've also had
issues with different versions of Word mangling the file. I am keeping
this as a document too, it's been on our web site for a while now:
http://www.corvair.org/chapters/chapter220/VF2007Notes.txt
I'll update it with the input this has generated.

You might want to do what I did instead - just paste the text and make
the changes yourself.

Yes, that's the room. We can probably do that over the phone.

Could you ask about Sherwood too? If they need someone in person, let
us know, I can go out there if need be.

That's a reference to the discount on the hospitality room based on how
many regular rooms are sold. If that ends up being free, they'll apply
it to the meeting room as well.

Probably Dolly Madison. They make cupcakes and little pies and such.

Ron has the hi-def one, I can also reduce it for web use (if it's too
big to mail, it's too big for a web page). Round plaque is a "nice to
have", if it has to have corners that's ok too.

I have :-) I'm sure we can swap rooms around if need be. To an
extent, this also hinges on having a separate kid pizza dinner, since
that's where it'll be.

Agree, I forgot to add that, we had said 8 to 11 a.m.
