[NoVa-Corvairs] Throttle clip sizes

The four typical clip sizes found on a Corvair are 1, 2, 4 and 7.

Size one is 1 is 3/32" , the hole or rod size.

Size 2 is 5/32" (11/64" listed size with Lawson clips)

Size 4 is 3/16"

Size 7 is 1/4"

R and L refer to the right and left style. The left is used on choke 
linkages (1L) and accelerator pump linkages (2L).

Size one was originally on the choke linkage.

Size two is on the accelerator pump linkage.

Size four is on the throttle linkage.

Size 7 is on the thermostat doors.

Size one is discontinued in the left version. I did find ONE source for 
1R clips, but they do not work on our choke linkages.
