[NoVa-Corvairs] Vair Fair Planning meeting location and agenda

All,

I can't make the meeting.  Please put me down as the lead for the tour and hospitality.  Karen will assist with registration.  If we decide on the Leesburg venue, I think we can get the exact same arrangement that we used for our 2013 event.  I called the manager this morning, Erica McLeod, and she quoted me a room rate of $109.00.  They can hold 30 rooms and if we fill them, we can get the parlor room (hospitality) free.  Again, same arrangement as 2013.  If we decide on another venue, that's fine.  If we choose Leesburg, the treasurer will need to contact the hotel by COB Monday and provide a deposit to lock us in.  I assume the dates are 6-8 May.  

Very sorry to miss meeting.
