[NoVa-Corvairs] Vair Fair Planning meeting location and agenda

Hi Guys!

  I'm 99% sure I won't be able to make the Vair Fair planning meeting on Saturday.  It seems I also did a very poor job of planning our 2016 vacation as we'll be out of the country during 12-20 May 2016.  

  I'm unable to change our vacation dates but if we determine the Vair Fair is to occur the 1st or last weekend of May, I'm happy to volunteer to organize the model car competition since I'm a modeler.
