Subject: Car Show 



Hello RMC members, 




I'd love to get some Corvairs in attendance at a car show that I'm helping to put on. 




It is a car show at a fundraising event for our Boy Scout Troop in Castle Rock. The event is ChiliFest and it is a chili cook off. Dozens of people enter their different chili recipes. 

Folks buy tickets to the event and sample the different chilis and vote on them. 




This event is September 9 at the Douglas County Events Center (fairgrounds) in Castle Rock. It is from 4:00 - 8:00 PM. 




The car show is inside the event hall where the ChiliFest event takes place and also outside. 




There are a limited number of inside parking spots for the car show and when it is full, the rest of the vehicles are parked outside to show. We do still have a few indoor slots left. 




There is a live band, a car smash, a silent auction, etc.. 




A vehicle entry gets you 2 tickets to the event and also the option to enter a chili of your own! 




Each vehicle receives a dash plaque and there are trophies for different car categories. 




I have attached the event flyer, the car show specific flyer and the car show entry form.
