RMC List - Powerglide opinions

My PG had a leak from the shift cable, it would leak pretty badly with the
car sat for more than a week. I fixed it with the recommended silicone tape
and it has not leaked in a little over a year.

The factory converter is a little too tight in my opinion which drags the
idle down. I have a high stall converter I've just been too lazy to install it.
