[SCG] SCG evaluation

My personal feelings on this is, that to be considered "Stock", there should 
be proof that the engine, trans, and axle is what came with the car.  In 
other words "Matching Numbers".  I don't know about the earlies, but I do 
know that the late models came with a Protection Plate.

On top of that the build plate tells you pretty much what other items came 
on this car when it was built.

Cars that fall into this category, may not be all be Concour cars, but more 
likely fall into the "survivor" category.  These cars will still have the 
original interior, radio, glass, etc, but have been driven and well 
maintained over their life span, except for the dings and rips that come 
with over the years of use.  A re-paint, in the original color would be 
allowed.
