[SCG] decal/label glue

Bill,

As for the concourse question, I think the only time you would have to worry
about how the label is adhered is if your competing in either of the Factory
Stock classes. If you're not in either of these classifications, it won't
matter, only condition of what is there will matter.

Can't help with the type of glue question though.
