[V8Vairs] Rack & Pinion Conversion

I'm looking to do a rack & pinion conversion on my 65  Corv8.  I was going to 
use a kit by Bob Coffin but can't seem to locate  him.  Can someone share 
with me what parts they used to get this  done?  I want to avoid re-inventing the 
wheel if I can.  Any help or  suggestions is appreciated.
