[V8Vairs] Where to start?

As Steve stated... lots of ways to go...


Vairs are great handling cars.......so the name of the game to me is to keep the 4W  independent  suspension..


With enough torque  only 2 speeds are needed... but we all want OD  for long runs...  so modern transaxle is needed...even if rear engined...


And unless you have to have a v8... v6's  and FOUR  cylinder engines are great!   Admittedly the Two 4  cyl . I know of ,   Infiniti  and Honda,  are turbo'd
