<VV> Dash pad on 63 spyder...Glue?

The glue I used on my 62 dash pad came with the pad from Clarks. It is a v strong contact cement. The instructions said to generously brush the glue onto the dash and the pad, let sit for approximately twenty minutes, or until only slightly tacky to the touch, then place the pad onto the dash.

I believe any high quality contact cement will work for this application, but I would go to a auto paint supplier to get the contact cement.

I agree with Bruce that there are enough screws to hold the dash in place, but I think the glue is necessary to keep it from shifting across the dash.
