The engines are interchangeable.  The only real difference is the bell 
housing and flywheel/torque converter assemblies.  The PG engine did have a 
crankshaft gear that was retarded about 3 degrees but this was very minor and 
did not 
affect the use of the engines.

    I don't recall any engine other than the 140 PG engine with a change for 
cam timing. all the other engines are interchangeable with a few minor 
changes, like bellhoushing and pilot bushing removal or addition, don't forget to use 
the correct bolts for the flywheel or flex plate. They are different lengths.
