Ken,

You are the mechanic, so I'll not disagree.  It is just that every case that
I've ever encountered first exhibited itself with a no (or hard) restart
situation.

If he were to loosen the bolt on the fuel pump and manually operate it,
would that get him going without the 1/2 hour wait to cool down?  Or, does
he simply have to wait for the vapor to turn back into liquid?
