<VV> Centermount Carb Question

Anyone out there using a Holley 500 cfm 2bbl centermount carb on a 140?  If 
so, what jets do you use?  I've got a friend with such a set up on his dune 
buggy and thinks he's getting too much fuel at WOT on the steep dune 
inclines and wants to know what others run with similar set ups?
