L = 4spd manual transmission
S = RPO U73 Rear antenna
3 = group 3
C = padded dash
4 = group 4
O = Turbocharger


So the prior owner was correct, this car was originally equipped with a
turbocharger. You can also determine several things by what is missing from
the ACC line. The car originally had clear non tinted windshield and glass,
and had std plastic seat belts. No rear seatbelts. The car also does not list
the CC group so it would have single spd wipers.
