i like to replace all tubing on any old car because you can not see the real
problem! it can have cone shaped pinholes from the inside almost thru to the
outside if it has set a long time! moisture in the convetional brake fluid
sits there acting just like a mini drill, rearing its ugly face only upon real
need for pressure. so if its old and has regular fluid in it replace it. i have
blown so many brake lines here in central ny salt belt while inspecting
cars(not that old) that i want dual master cylinder on all my cars and silicone
fluid asap. lots of times you can not see any problem with outside of the lines
..so please be safe and do it. regards safely, i hope, tim colson
