If your crinkle finish is in good shape but just needs a little sprucing up, you can use thin coats of regular silver spray paint.  This worked out very well for me.
 
If your crinkle finish needs to be redone, I've heard of people buying the black finish and then spraying over it with silver spray paint.
 
There was a specific brand/shade of silver recommended in this forum some time ago but I can't remember what it was.  You may be able to find it in the archives.
