<VV> Brake material thickness

Maybe there is a way to BAKE the contaminants (grease, oil, brake fluid,
whatever) out.  Don't know, have not tried.

But, Brake Clean alone will NOT do it.  Ask your wife if she'll let you bake
your brake shoes.  Sure, honey, anything you want...   Would you like to
douse them in brake clean for a half hour or so  BEFORE you put them in MY
oven?
Yeah... this is going to happen....      NOT!
