	Remove the headlight bucket.  All screws are accessible from outside that 
hold it in.  Then push it in and it will fall out of place.   Then you can 
reach in with a wrench to remove the three bolts that hold the mechanism. 
Have done this on cars even with key in order to not bend up a key in a 
lock that has not been used in 20 years until it was cleaned.
