You should not need to remove the lock.  There is a flat piece of metal
which extends through the lock (about 1/4 to 1/2 inch).  You need to get
ahold of that with pliers and turn it. The trunk will pop open.  Never did
this myself, but have tested it (turning the flat piece) from inside the
trunk....  Just for grins.....

Look at another car if you don't understand my directions.

Also, I think the glove box and trunk are the same key?  If so - can
probably get a code off the glove box and call Claypool to get a key made -
provided the locks are both original.
