Hey Chuck,
We sure DO allow unnsigned and unidentifyable post on VV. There are plenty of 
them. Want some examples? How come there are so many if we don't allow them? 

I know that the rules say all posts should be identified, but that is not 
enforced and thus, we actually do allow them.
