<VV> David E. Davis speech (can we get a MP3 of it?)

I didn't see the original post from Bill Stanley, but if someone has a
digital video tape of his speech, it's easy to pull the audio off of the
tape and create a MP3 or WMA of it.  I would be glad to help out with this
process if anyone needs some technical assistance with it.

I was not able to attend the convention, but I'd sure like to hear what DED
had to say!  Did he use any slides or video to go along with the talk?
