<VV> Carb inlet issue

I noticed a minor leak on the left secondary carb of my '65 Corsa last
night, right at the inlet before the fuel filter.  I got my trusty 1 in.
wrench to tighten the inlet nut and it was stripped.  I am not sure what the
fix is on this.  Has anyone tried a helicoil for this?  If that works, can
someone supply the thread dimensions? I forgot the part at home and I would
like to pick up a helicoil on the way home from work.
