If you are into cheap "quality" tools..like me....

Look for "local"  DOLLAR stores....not the chains...here in Coos Bay we have 
a  "Dollar Plus More" [ 2 locallly owned stores...]  

1000lb  Engine stand! NICE!  even has a "rotating handle" / with grip!  $38  
3 bolts to assemble!

14" Abrasive CUTOFF saw....looks as hood as a H F  $89  unit    $28!  fully 
assembled....14" Disks?  5  for $6   !  

and sadly...5"  anvil vice....$15!  just paid $32 from H-F!! :((

They owner says the India   factories are trying to push China over....

Friend recently bought 4  India Diesel engines @30 hp.....for the price of 
ONE sold locally.....has over 1,000 trouble free hours on them 
already....pumping water...
