Hi Garland The pros will install the window, dry and clean, in the window opening. Sometimes they use a little windex for lubrication. Once the window is in, they will use a pump to put a little sealant between the body and the outer flap of the window gasket. AFIK, if the gasket is new and soft, you can skip the sealant. Craig Nicol
