All of the late models had spoilers (maybe the lower trim levels didn't). The 
stock spoiler was a simple straight piece of plastic that went straight down. 
It works by reducing the air that goes under the car. The spoiler on my car 
is a "CORSA ENTERPRISE" spoiler which has some forward rake, like a cow 
catcher. This really improves the downforce on the front end at highway speeds. Any 
proper spoiler will greatly improve the handling at speed greater than about 50 
MPH.
