Ah, the crooked window... Once you remove the door panel, you'll see two bolts, just above where the arm rest was, that controls the adjustment you need to make. There bolts hold a short guide, about a foot long, by adjusting this guide up and down will adjust the top of the window. Good Luck, Ned
