I assume this is to be more of a "driver" than anything else.  How small are
the holes in the floors, and how many are we talking about?  The replacement
panels are nice, but if you only have a few small spots why not grind them
down to good steel and use fiberglass?  I have had decent results with small
holes in floors by going over them from the bottom with duct tape then using
fiberglass resin/cloth patches from the inside.  Lay in a couple layers and
let it harden then remove the duct tape and undercoat.  The tape supports
the fiberglass when wet and the undercoating blends it in nicely.
