<VV> trailering a corvair across country

i posted a few weeks ago about trailering my corvair (63 spyder cv)  from
arizona to oklahoma. this was completed with no problems, i had a 20 foot
trialer for the car. I also had at least 1,000 lbs of parts in the bed of the
truck, it was some sight, all this corvair stuff stacked up.
i spent a great deal of time at larry's corvair in arizona, just before he
closed, a very sad thing, as there is one honest, knowledgable source that is
fading away. if i had a semi i could not have loaded up all the stuff that he
was giving/selling away. the local club in az got some stuff and charlie dye
got a bunch of it, but there was a lot that went to the crusher, too bad that
someone could not have moved it all somewhere to be saved, as there was a lot
of good sheetmetal that is now gone to the scrapyard.
