I saw the car while it was in Toronto and up for bid on Ebay previously. The
mileage is authentic as at that time it was 43 some miles. The present owner
says the body work is perfect which is not what I saw as there was
"warranty" damage to the rear air intake as the deck lid was not assembled
tightly to the hinges (loose bolts), therefore the deck lid edge and grille
needed "warranty" bodywork and paint. There was also a small area below the
rear bumper where warehouse storage damage had occurred. These body work
repairs were probably completed before the car left the dealership in
Toronto. The interior is perfect except that the carpet needed to be cleaned
to remove the storage mustiness from it. That was in in 2001 just before I
went to the Chicago Convention.

Is there by chance anyone on VV that lives close enough to subject item to
actually view this car and tell us if it's fact or fiction.  Since it has
had
several homes over the US and Canada, the 50 miles would almost have had to
been put on it loading and unloading it on transporters.  If it's true fact,
someone will soon be the new owner of a real jewel.
