Good morning everyone

Before the wrong vibe gets put out, The reason I was upset about not attending
the show in Raleigh next month is this:

IT IS A GOOD EVENT, and has been for 28 years. All of the years I lived in VA
(89-97) I never made it to this show, and had to listen to all the folks in
TCC say what a great time they had there, and what a well planned event it
was. I have sold parts at the last 2 Fall Affairs, and not only made my
expenses for the weekend (Gas, hotel, meals,) but also had a couple extra
hundred to put on the EUM. Now that I live in NC, I enjoy seeing my friends
from neighboring states come in for some fellowship, lie swapping, whatever.

I had no intention to deliver the message that the show wouldn't be a good
one. If you were reading that into my message you did too much.

I reserved rooms for the last 2 fall affairs the day before the cutoff , and
there were still plenty of rooms left, as it turns out there was again this
year. I didn't get to go to alot of shows I planned to be at this year because
of work, I had to desert a choice of 4 different events this weekend because
of work, so not being able to go to this one got me a trifle warm. But it
appears I will be there after all. EUM needs a paint job and an interior, so
if you're going, make sure to bring extra cash and come and look at what I and
the others will have for sale.
