Recently on The Corvaircenter.com Forum......a 1st time poster replied
after several had started by mentioning all the BOOKS available.....
His Reply: Sounds like you all work for Vendors of Technical Books....

I only own ONE Book...Bob Helt's "The Classic Corvair"...the most useful /
easiest to use REFERENCE...IMO

Everything else has come from TALKING / DOING.....

Awhile back I guided a person thru the Corvair Baptism.......and when we were
finally at a WALL.....sent him to Steve Goodman......and 1 hr later he was
able to solve his problem when he got home......a PICTURE is worth 1,000
words!...and he had no camera......gggggggggg

BUT....owning a type of vehicle and finding no support.........changing to a
TOTALLY different design layout...makes no sense to me! If Corvairs were a
bust...I'd be back into Beetles..........or Porsches..........REAR
ENGINES!!!!......or maybe Renault Dauphines.........NAW!! LOL That would be as bad as
liking 60's Front Engine / rear wheel drive vehicles to DRIVE......a design
that wasn't fully developed until the 80's!
