I once rebuilt a Mini engine and gearbox in the spare bedroom of a 2nd 
floor apartment.    :-P    Complete engine/gearbox (BMC A-series).  Had 
3 friends help me carry it downstairs when I was finished...  Don't 
think a Corvair engine would have been as easy...
