opinion only.

If the heads see very little use on a naturally aspirated engine, such as a 
drag racer, it may help a little. It's negligible compared to a good porting 
job. 
Other wise the heat cycles and abuse of long duration use causes the seats to 
move around a bit and the seal is lost for the expensive valve job.
  I belive that the effort is totally wasted for a turbo engine. The mixture 
is forced in. 
More inportant is the wider contact of a single angle to help the heat leave 
the valve and seat.
