<VV> Seat track bolt holes

Hi,
 
Just noticed something from looking at the front bucket seat tracks of two
'66 Corsas. I'm wondering if anyone else has observed the same thing and
perhaps why this is so...

Three of the four seat tracks have two bolt holes at the rear. However, the
passenger side inside track has a single hole. The departure from the
two-hole pattern strikes me as odd.
