Wouldn't that dump exhaust into the trunk? Or do you mean the front 
clamp(bracket) under the car? It already has a 3/16" hole in front of 
both brackets. The moaning didn't go away after a 1/2 hour running in 
the shop, shouldn't that be hot enough?
