Actually Don, any Bermuda Shorts are OK. Khaki are great, for the veterans,
old issued camo pants cut at the appropriate length for Bermudas are also
appropo'

high

Knee high black socks are only acceptable if they are Support Socks, the
kind that I, and many folks over age 40 wear to increase circulation, and
elimiate stasis ulcers.

High topped sneakers are a no-no Birkenstocks or other leather sandals are
required with the socks.

Actually, any shirt considered Hawaiian or Parrot-Head is uniform. I have
about 10 of them, and buy new ones whenever I can find them in my size
(extra Fat). I've been wearing them since I lived in Puerto Rico--about 25
years, and also Guyabera shirts (also known as the Caribbean Leisure Suit)
are also quite fashionable with this uniform.

are there other items I should be

Only if you are wearing a belt as well.

How about one of those caps with the

No, but your wife/girlfriend/significant other can. Only if they show the
logo of a cruise line--Wanda has one from Holland America Line.

 Cataract sun glasses????

Only if you need them. If not, the fishing glasses with the photo orange
lenses are OK.
