<VV> push start

I have push started my '65 convert by hand, by myself . I did this in the
Austin DPS parking lot after the unsecured battery slid on acceleration,
popped the firewall grommet, and shorted/welded the batt. cable to the body.
By the time I figured out why the car acted like it had been shot through
the heart, the battery cable clamp was melted in half and the battery was
too dead to start it.
I connected the battery back up with a jumper cable, stood in open driver's
door, pushed and ran, jumped in, dropped it into gear, popped clutch and
drove home.

Granted the parking lot was slightly down hill, but not much. I doubt I was
going 5 mph. Desperate times - desperate measures.
Battery is now strapped down.
