Oil that can get on the belt could come from

temp/pres switch
Oil filler cap
oil cooler seals
rear housing gasket
other places

Spray everything down with brake clean (NOT carb clean).  Run the engine a 
bit.  You should find it.

Attachments (if any) are scanned with anti-virus software.
