Don't try that in Colorado. They have been know to write out of state  cars 
for 1 mile over then give you an envelope and watch you but the check in it  
then take you to the nearest mail box. Plus any thing more the 25 over it's  
straight to jail for 72 hours unless they changed that law.
 So a 41 in a 15 mph school zone at 2 Am means your SOL.
