<VV> Another Ultra back on the road in Ultra time!!

The newest Ultra...isn't a Monza.....'63  500 cp.   No brakes, unless E brake 
was on.....super sloppy steering.....and looked like it was on fire after 
just 10 miles of driving...killed battery every 3 -4 weeks if you didn't drive at 
night.......set the last 3 years....

And being from Illinois..rusty......read no drivers floor!

5 hrs...and "$0.00"  bucks later...ggggg

Adjusted steering box.....unadjusted E brake...then adjusted 
brakes....viola...   high pedal...passed the Hard - Harder test...

Pulled the fanshroud...tightened crankcase topcover bolts.....cleaned oil 
cooler....pieces of fan blades covered most of it......synched the 
carbs........polarized the generator...it charges....and idles where it doesn't jump into 
gear...1st time ever that good, he says...

83 yr. old owner had an aluminum cookie sheet.....fit  like it was a 
replacement floor  from Clarks!  ggggg

Now his only worry is, that his battery powered Oxygen generator will last on 
any trips!  LOL!!!
